Deliveries
We do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
After order confirmation, Maison Simona undertakes to deliver to its carrier all the references ordered by the buyer within a maximum period of 4 working days. The carrier undertakes to deliver the order to the relay point determined by the buyer.
For deliveries outside metropolitan France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received. All orders placed are intended for the personal use of customers, customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products. M. is therefore released from all legal liability if the payment of taxes is not made by the customer.
Delivery is made to the relay point selected by the customer, with the direct delivery of the product to the recipient announced, or in case of absence, to another person authorized by the customer. Any delays do not give the buyer the right to claim damages.
If you do not collect your parcel within the allotted time and the order is returned to us, you will unfortunately have to pay the shipping costs again so that we can reship it. If you do not want a new shipment, the outward and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We calculate our shipping rates based on weight and delivery location. The rate will be shown to you before confirming your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order to avoid paying shipping costs multiple times. Please note that we cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.
Maison Simona charges the shipping costs applied by Mondial Relay and the other transport organizations with which we work, and that we do not take any margin on these shipping costs. The shipping costs therefore correspond exactly to the shipping costs paid for the shipment of your order.
How do I track my order?
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into your order. Select “Order History” to track the progress of your package.

We promise to respond to you within 72 business hours. Please note that our social media accounts do not manage order tracking. This email address is therefore the only one to use in the event of a question about order tracking.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted for 14 days from the date your order is made available at the relay point. If more than 14 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or
exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order for your return to be accepted, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited in a

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
